Product Overview
The G series variable frequency motor ventilation fan is a dedicated independent forced cooling device for variable frequency speed control motors. When the variable frequency motor runs at low speed, the built-in cooling fan has a reduced air volume and insufficient heat dissipation. This fan is connected to an independent 380V power supply and is not affected by the speed of the main motor. It outputs a constant cooling air volume, effectively reducing the working temperature rise of the variable frequency motor, preventing overheating, aging, and burning of the motor, and ensuring long-term stable operation of the variable frequency motor within the full speed range. It is widely used in various types of ordinary variable frequency speed regulation three-phase asynchronous motors.

Structural Composition
1. Wind duct shell: made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate rolled and welded, coated with high temperature resistant and anti rust red paint, cylindrical structure, with standard installation holes reserved on the cylinder body, which can be directly fixed at the tail of the variable frequency motor

2. Impeller blade: High strength die-casting blade, black painted, dynamically balanced and calibrated, uniform air supply, low vibration

3. Built in cooling motor: dedicated long-life external rotor motor, 380V three-phase power supply, compact size, capable of 24-hour continuous operation

4. Inlet protection net: rear integrated grid protection net, blocking debris from entering the interior of the fan and protecting the impeller

5. Junction box components: Side external junction box, convenient wiring, stable wiring, excellent protection performance
