Product Overview
NF type non-contact backstop is a high-performance non-contact anti reverse device, mainly used in equipment such as belt conveyors, bucket elevators, scraper conveyors, etc. When the equipment is running normally in the forward direction, the internal wedge and inner ring are in a non-contact state, with no wear and low heat generation; Once the equipment shows a tendency to stop or reverse, the backstop instantly tightens to prevent the drum from rotating in the opposite direction, avoiding material backflow, equipment damage, and safety accidents. It is the core component for improving the safety protection of the conveying system.

Structural Composition
1. Outer ring shell: cast steel shell, overall blue coating, with installation base and hinged support, can be directly fixed on the frame to withstand reverse torque;

2. Inner ring: Cooperate with the equipment shaft end and rotate together with the main shaft;

3. Wedge component: The core reverse working component is equipped with a spring driven mechanism. When rotating at high speed in the forward direction, the wedge is released from the inner ring, achieving non-contact; When reversing, the wedge block is wedged between the inner and outer rings and locked;

4. End caps and fastening bolts: sealed protection, protecting internal wedge components and preventing dust and impurities from entering;

5. Installation base support: an integrated cast steel support base with reserved installation holes for the whole machine to be fixed and withstand the reaction force generated by the reverse check.
