Product Overview
ZTZ type intelligent linear electric actuator is a non-invasive integrated intelligent linear drive device that outputs linear displacement. It is specially equipped with process equipment such as regulating valves, globe valves, and air door baffles that require linear thrust to achieve opening, closing, and adjustment. The product adopts a magnetic control non-invasive debugging method, which can complete the tuning of stroke, thrust, and control parameters without opening the cavity shell. It integrates a LCD human-machine interaction interface and integrates driving, position detection, thrust monitoring, fault diagnosis, and signal transmission. Widely used in thermal power plants, thermal power, chemical, and heating systems, it completes the adjustment and switch control of valves in water supply, cooling water, steam, and heat exchange medium pipelines. It can adapt to industrial conditions with on-site vibration, temperature fluctuations, and high dust, with stable output thrust, high positioning accuracy, and long-term continuous adjustment and operation.

Structural Composition
1. Host control machine head
The whole machine is made of cast alloy shell, with built-in servo drive motor, main reduction mechanism, intelligent main control board, LCD display panel, local operation components and manual operation handwheel. Adopting non-invasive external tuning, all parameter settings can be completed without disassembling the shell, with local/remote switching buttons, allowing for on-site viewing of travel, thrust, and fault information. In the power-off state, manual operation can be completed manually through the top handwheel. The electric manual switching is simple and reliable, with a self-locking mechanism to prevent misoperation.

2. Straight stroke thrust transmission bracket assembly
The gold-plated color zinc protective straight stroke bracket assembly integrates a screw, a guide slide, and a thrust guide mechanism internally, converting the motor's rotational motion into a linear reciprocating output to withstand the axial thrust generated by valve opening and closing; The bracket guide structure restricts the radial offset of the output rod, ensuring coaxial output motion and reducing the risk of jamming; The bottom flange is a standard connection interface, which can be directly connected and installed with various types of straight stroke regulating valves and globe valves.

3. Thrust and position detection unit
Real time acquisition of the actual travel position of the output rod by high-precision displacement sensors; The thrust sensing component continuously monitors the output thrust magnitude, and quickly triggers protection when the valve experiences jamming or abnormal load, avoiding damage to the mechanism and valve body.

4. Electrical wiring chamber
Independent wiring compartment, strong and weak current partition wiring, equipped with standard cable sealing joints; Support the input and output of switch and analog signals, and achieve integration with DCS and PLC control systems. The explosion-proof version of the explosion-proof joint surface is strictly processed according to explosion-proof standards and is suitable for hazardous working conditions.

Support multiple fault modes to choose from, including fault hold, fault fully open, and fault fully closed.

4. Local remote dual control mode
The on-site mode can directly perform on/off operations on the panel; Remote reception of central control system instructions, while transmitting the actual valve position 4-20mA analog quantity and switch contact status back to the control room, achieving automated closed-loop control.
