Product Overview
The M series small torque partial rotation intelligent electric actuator is an intelligent electric drive device independently developed and manufactured by DINKONDA GLOBAL, specifically designed to match 90 ° partial rotation valves such as butterfly valves, ball valves, and plug valves. The product integrates a drive motor, a reduction transmission mechanism, an intelligent servo control unit, valve position detection, and on-site operation components. It receives 4-20mA analog or switch signals from the DCS system, outputs rotational torque, and drives the valve to complete opening and closing or continuous adjustment. It is suitable for small and medium-sized pipeline self-control conditions and widely used in industries such as thermal power, chemical, water, HVAC, etc.

Structural Composition
1. Intelligent display control panel: Equipped with a digital display screen and local operation buttons, it can view valve position, operating status, and fault codes on site. It supports local valve opening/closing/stopping operations and can complete stroke and parameter configuration calibration on site.

2. Motor and Reduction Transmission Assembly: A dedicated drive motor is paired with a multi-stage precision reduction mechanism to convert the motor's rotational power into output torque. The transmission clearance is small, the operation is smooth, and the output angle is 0-90 °.
