Product Overview
CZL vertical single-stage explosion-proof low-speed pipeline circulating pump, developed by DINKONDA GLOBAL, belongs to the vertical pipeline centrifugal pump. The whole machine adopts a coaxial vertical structure of motor pump body, which is suitable for explosion-proof working conditions, low-speed long-term operation, low vibration, and low wear. It is mainly used for circulating water supply in flammable and explosive plant areas, high-temperature medium transportation, chemical pipeline water circulation, and HVAC system circulating water supply. It can be directly installed in pipelines as a pressure and circulating transportation equipment.

Structural Composition
1. Explosion proof vertical motor
Equipped with explosion-proof motor, side independent sealed junction box, motor housing with heat dissipation ribs, lifting rings on both sides, and a protective top cover at the top; Low speed motor design reduces the linear speed of the impeller, minimizes medium impact and component wear, and is suitable for long-term uninterrupted operation.

2. Pump body assembly
Integrated volute pump casing, with flange inlet and outlet on both sides, connected by national standard flanges; Internally equipped with a wide channel single-stage impeller, the flow channel is smooth and not easily blocked by impurities.

3. Mechanical seal components
Using wear-resistant and explosion-proof mechanical seals, it can withstand high temperature oil-water and weakly corrosive media, effectively prevent leakage at the pump shaft position, and adapt to harsh working conditions such as chemical and oil depots.

4. Vertical connection bracket
The middle of the motor and pump body is a sealed chamber bracket, which has a compact structure and high coaxial accuracy; The bracket flange is fastened with bolts, making it very convenient to disassemble, assemble, and replace seals.

5. Mounting base
Integrated cast iron support base with reserved anchor bolt holes, securely installed on the ground, and effectively buffered from operational vibrations.
