Product Overview
This series of intelligent non-invasive electric actuators is a specialized drive device for multi turn valves. It adopts a non-invasive debugging structure and can complete all parameter settings and functional configurations without opening the electrical explosion-proof chamber cover. The product mainly drives multi turn valves such as gate valves, globe valves, diaphragm valves, etc., widely used in industries such as thermal power plants, petroleum, chemical, water treatment, etc., to achieve on-site valve operation and remote DCS automatic control. The whole machine has a high protection level, with optional explosion-proof configurations, suitable for complex industrial sites such as high temperature, dust, and humidity, and operates stably and reliably. Structural Composition
1. Main body shell: High strength cast alloy shell, anti-corrosion spray treatment, high mechanical strength, impact resistance, excellent sealing performance.

2. Drive motor: a dedicated valve drive motor with high starting torque, short-term working mode, overload resistance, excellent temperature rise control, suitable for frequent valve opening and closing conditions.

3. Deceleration transmission mechanism: precision multi turn deceleration components, smooth transmission, wide output torque range, built-in mechanical stroke limit mechanism.

4. Non invasive intelligent control unit: no need to open the cover, parameter tuning can be completed through the external infrared/magnetic control knob of the body; Real time display of valve position, torque, and fault codes on the LCD screen; The motherboard integrates signal acquisition, logical operation, and fault diagnosis functions.

5. Handwheel manual mechanism: Large diameter solid handwheel, capable of manual on/off valve and automatic switching between manual and electric modes when powered off.

6. Independent wiring compartment: The wiring compartment is isolated from the main control compartment, with cable sealing joints, making wiring maintenance convenient. The explosion-proof version meets the requirements of the explosion-proof joint surface.

7. Torque and stroke detection component: high-precision position and torque sensors, real-time collection of valve torque and valve position signals, to achieve protection and feedback output.
