Product Overview
The V-series VICARB plate heat exchanger sealing gasket is a domestically produced replacement sealing element for VICARB original plate heat exchangers. The overall shape, corner hole size, sealing lip edge, flow guide area contour, and positioning buckle structure of the rubber pad are completely replicated from the original V-series standard, and can be directly adapted to VICARB corresponding models without modifying the plate and machine structure, solving the problems of long procurement cycle, unstable supply, and high spare parts cost of imported seals. As a core vulnerable component of plate heat exchangers, it is used to isolate cold and hot media, prevent liquid leakage and external leakage, and is widely used in equipment maintenance, spare parts storage, and heat exchange unit renovation projects.

Structural Composition
1. The rubber pad adopts the integrated molding process of compression molding, mainly divided into five parts: main sealing lip, corner hole sealing ring, flow guide area sealing rib, positioning buckle, and leakage detection groove.

2. Main sealing lip: arranged along the outer contour of the gasket, precisely fitting with the sealing groove of the plate, forming a main sealing barrier to resist medium leakage. The cross-sectional size and compression amount of the lip strictly refer to the original factory parameters.

3. Corner hole sealing ring: The annular sealing structure at the four corner through-hole ensures the sealing and isolation between the medium channels, preventing the flow of medium inside the channel. The aperture and ring width are consistent with those of the original factory.

4. Sealing rib for diversion area: The sealing rib for the end diversion area is adapted to the pattern of the plate diversion area to ensure reliable sealing of the medium distribution area.

5. Positioning buckle: The buckle point and size are consistent with the original factory, and can be firmly clamped inside the board slot. It is not easy to fall off or shift during disassembly and maintenance, making it convenient for on-site assembly.

6. Leakage detection groove: Some models are equipped with a leakage groove. Once a trace leakage of the medium occurs, it can be exported from the groove position, which facilitates timely detection of sealing failure hazards on site.

The geometric contour, slot position, and cross-sectional compression of the rubber pad are all benchmarked against the original V-series technical specifications of the factory. It can directly replace the original gasket, and the original plate and clamping frame can continue to be used without any modification to the equipment.

2. Excellent compression rebound performance
Special rubber formula ensures suitable compression permanent deformation, stable rebound after equipment compression, and maintains sealing effect even under pressure fluctuations and temperature fluctuations, reducing the probability of leakage.

3. Multi material selection, wide coverage of medium resistance
EPDM: resistant to hot water, steam, weak acids and bases, suitable for heating and central air conditioning circulating water systems;
NBR: resistant to mineral oil and lubricating oil, suitable for cooling conditions of engine oil and heat transfer oil;
HNBR: resistant to both oil and high temperatures, suitable for high-temperature oil conditions;
FKM fluororubber: Strong resistance to acid and alkali, organic solvents, suitable for chemical strong corrosive media.

4. High precision compression molding
High precision molds are used for integrated vulcanization molding, with uniform thickness of rubber pads, no defects such as missing materials, bubbles, or flying edges, ensuring even stress distribution on the entire sealing surface.
