Product Overview
The nickel brazed plate heat exchanger belongs to the fully brazed non gasketed plate heat exchanger, which is made of a set of stamped stainless steel corrugated plates and high-temperature vacuum brazed with nickel based brazing materials. The whole machine has no rubber gaskets and no frame bolt structure. Compared to copper brazed products, nickel brazed products have better temperature and corrosion resistance, compact overall structure, small volume, high pressure performance, and no gasket aging or leakage problems. Widely used in refrigeration, hydraulic oil cooling, waste heat recovery, corrosive medium heat exchange and other working conditions.

Structural Composition
1. Ripple heat exchange plate
The material of the plate is stainless steel, and the herringbone ripples are pressed to form staggered cold and hot medium flow channels, enhance fluid turbulence, and improve heat transfer efficiency; There are various sizes and specifications of the plates, which can be combined with different heat exchange areas.

2. Nickel based brazing layer
Using nickel based brazing materials, all gaps between the plates are welded and sealed in a vacuum high-temperature furnace, and the plates are completely welded together without the need for rubber gaskets. Nickel brazed joints are corrosion-resistant and heat-resistant, superior to copper brazed joints.

3. End plate and takeover interface
Thickened end plates on both sides, integrated media connection interface; The interface form can be threaded or flanged to meet the requirements of pipeline connection. The whole machine is an integrated entity, without bolts or frames, and cannot be disassembled.

The corrugated channel forms strong turbulence and has a high heat transfer coefficient; Under the same heat transfer power, the volumetric weight is much smaller than that of shell and tube heat exchangers, saving installation space.

5. Clean flow channel
There is no adhesive or rubber precipitation inside, and the medium is not easily contaminated.
The whole machine is non removable, with a simple structure, easy installation, and low maintenance workload.
