Product Overview
The NB/NBA centrifugal condenser pump is a single-stage single suction cantilever structure, specifically designed for conveying condensate water from steam turbine units in thermal power plants, as well as clean media with similar physical and chemical properties to condensate water. This pump has excellent anti cavitation performance, can adapt to the negative pressure suction condition of the condenser, has a compact overall structure, is easy to disassemble and maintain, and operates stably and reliably. It is the core conveying equipment of the condensate system for small and medium-sized generator sets, and can also be used for low-temperature clear water medium conveying in the chemical and metallurgical industries.

Structural Composition
1. Pump body: Made of cast iron/steel material, with a snail shell structure, the suction port is horizontally arranged, and the discharge port is vertically upward. The flange of the pump body is connected to the pipeline, with strong overall rigidity. The flow channel has been optimized hydraulically to reduce flow losses.

2. Impeller: Single suction closed impeller, hydraulic model optimized for negative pressure conditions of condensate water. The impeller inlet has a large flow area, effectively reducing the necessary cavitation allowance and adapting to the vacuum working conditions at the inlet of the condensate pump; The impeller and pump shaft are connected by keys, making disassembly and assembly convenient.

3. Pump shaft and suspension components: cantilever structure, impeller suspended on the outside of the bearing; The pump shaft is made of high-quality alloy steel, which has high strength and good torsional performance; The bearings are installed inside the suspension body, using rolling bearings, lubricated with grease, and have a compact structure.

4. Shaft seal components: can be equipped with packing seals or mechanical seals. For the negative pressure condition of condensed water, the seal is reliable, preventing external air from infiltrating the pump body and ensuring the vacuum degree of the condensing system.

5. Base: Cast iron common base, shared by pump and motor to ensure unit alignment accuracy, reduce operational vibration, and facilitate on-site installation.

6. Drive form: Directly connected to the motor through an elastic coupling.
