Product Overview
The cylindrical fully welded fixed ball valve adopts an integral fully welded cylindrical structure for the valve body. The ball body is designed as a fixed ball, and the upper and lower valve shafts support the ball body. It is equipped with a worm gear manual drive mechanism, operated by a large diameter handwheel, and rotated 90 ° to achieve medium on/off. The valve body material is A105, connected by butt welding, with strong overall rigidity and no external leakage points. It is mainly used in long-distance pipelines, urban gas main pipelines and other working conditions, with stable and reliable long-term operation.

Structural Composition
Fully welded cylindrical valve body, fixed sphere, upper and lower supporting valve shafts, valve seat sealing components, valve stem, packing components, worm gear reducer, black handwheel, butt welded connection end, valve chamber drain/relief interface, equipment support base.
