GY4-68 boiler centrifugal induced draft fan is a specialized centrifugal fan for thermal power generation units, industrial kilns, and heating boiler systems, which can be used as both boiler supply fan and induced draft fan. The equipment is mainly used to supply combustion supporting air to boiler systems, extract and discharge high-temperature boiler flue gas, and is widely compatible with coal powder boilers, biomass boilers, chain furnaces, and various metallurgical building materials kilns. It is also equipped with dust removal, desulfurization, denitrification and environmental protection systems, and is the core auxiliary equipment of thermal systems. Structural Composition
1. Shell snail shell: Made of high-quality thick steel plate welded structure, the shell has high rigidity and resistance to high-temperature smoke erosion. The shell is equipped with lifting ears for easy lifting and maintenance. The overall steel welded base ensures the coaxial accuracy of the whole machine and reduces operational vibration.

2. Impeller components: Rear tilting wing blade impeller, treated with wear-resistant and anti-corrosion coating, the whole machine has completed high-precision dynamic balance verification, reasonable moment of inertia, anti dust wear, and is suitable for conveying high-temperature flue gas containing dust.

3. Inlet collector: Conical convergent collector with flange connection structure, effectively reducing intake resistance and improving intake efficiency. The flange interface is easy to connect and install with pipelines and compensators.

4. Transmission bearing box: using oil bath lubricated bearing components, with excellent heat dissipation structure, able to withstand high temperature conditions and transfer heat, equipped with temperature and vibration monitoring interfaces, suitable for long-term continuous operation.

5. Drive unit: Equipped with a high-power three-phase asynchronous motor and driven by a coupling, it has high transmission efficiency and can be adapted to variable frequency speed regulation to achieve air volume and pressure regulation.

6. Supporting accessories: can be matched with imported air dampers, mufflers, expansion joints, shock absorber bases and other accessories to meet the complete set requirements of different projects; The fan can be customized for left and right rotation, with multiple outlet angles.
