Product Overview
Non metallic skin compensator is a specialized air duct compensation component composed of high-performance composite skin as the flexible main body, combined with metal frame, flange, and limit rod. It is commonly used in hot air, flue gas, and dust removal air duct systems in power plants, metallurgy, and chemical industries. By relying on the flexible deformation of non-metallic skin, it absorbs the axial, lateral, and angular comprehensive displacement generated by the air duct, releases the thermal stress of the pipeline, and has the functions of vibration reduction, noise reduction, and seismic isolation. Structural Composition
1. Non metallic skin: multi-layer composite structure, with an outer layer of temperature resistant and anti-corrosion silicone rubber/fluororubber coated fiberglass cloth, a middle insulation layer, and an inner layer of temperature resistant and anti-corrosion layer; Orange in the figure refers to silicone rubber composite skin, which is resistant to temperature and aging and directly contacts with smoke medium.

2. Metal frame flange: Carbon steel welded rectangular frame, with bolt holes around it, used to connect and press the skin tightly with the flue flange, and fix the seal.

3. Limit rod component: an external metal rod that bears the system pressure thrust, limits the maximum deformation, and prevents the skin from being damaged by pressure bulging or excessive stretching.

4. Tighten the pressure strip and bolt fasteners evenly along the flange, press the edge of the skin tightly to ensure interface sealing and prevent smoke leakage.
