Product Overview
This circular non-metallic flexible compensator with insulation layer is specially designed for high-temperature flue and hot air ducts. The product has an external protective skin and an internal high-temperature resistant insulation layer. It is equipped with carbon steel flanges, limit rods, and guide tube components. Relying on non-metallic skin flexible deformation to absorb axial, lateral, and angular displacement of pipelines, release thermal expansion stress of pipelines, buffer equipment vibration, and compensate for installation deviations; The built-in insulation layer effectively reduces heat loss, lowers the surface temperature of the outer wall, and prevents condensation and burns on the outer wall. It is suitable for flue and air duct systems with high temperature and strict heat loss requirements.

Product Composition
1. Outer protective skin: weather resistant composite protective skin, protecting the internal insulation layer, anti-aging, waterproof and dust-proof, and isolating external environmental erosion.

2. Internal high-temperature insulation layer: High temperature and fire-resistant insulation fabric, filled in the interlayer of the compensator, plays a role in thermal insulation, reducing the outward heat loss of the medium and lowering the external temperature of the shell.

3. Work skin: Red high-temperature resistant silicone rubber composite fabric skin, serving as the core component for displacement compensation, achieving multi-directional deformation compensation and withstanding erosion from high-temperature smoke media.

4. Carbon steel circular flange: Q235 carbon steel flange, treated with anti-corrosion paint, with evenly arranged bolt holes around the flange circumference for easy connection with pipeline flanges, with good overall structural rigidity.

5. Limit rod component: metal rod, lifting ear, and locking nut, which limits the maximum stretching stroke of the compensator, prevents skin displacement damage, and bears partial pressure thrust.

6. Internal guide tube: A metal guide tube that blocks the direct erosion of the working skin by high-temperature media, reduces wind resistance, protects the skin, and extends the product's service life.

7. Pressure plate fastening components: annular pressure plate, bolt fasteners, tighten each layer of skin to ensure sealing of the joint surface and prevent smoke and hot air leakage.
