Product Overview
Z-type multi turn electric actuator belongs to the straight stroke multi turn valve driving device, suitable for valves such as gate valves, globe valves, plunger valves, etc. that require multiple turns of rotation for opening and closing; The whole machine integrates intelligent digital display control panel, local button debugging, and manual operation wheel, which can achieve local control, remote DCS automatic control, and bus communication. It is widely used in industrial pipeline systems such as power plants, chemicals, water supply and drainage, oil and gas, heating, etc

Whole Machine Structure Composition
1. Top manual operation component
The black spoke handwheel above is equipped with a manual electric clutch mechanism, which can be manually rotated to open and close the valve under power-off conditions; The middle riser is a valve stem protective sleeve.

2. Right intelligent electronic control head
Equipped with an LCD screen, it can display valve opening (0-100%), operating status, and fault codes in real time; The six function buttons below are used for on-site setting of travel, torque, communication parameters, and switch limits.

3. Left motor and wiring chamber
Built in drive motor and reduction gear components, with standard cable sealing joints reserved at the bottom, connected to power supply, switch/analog signal lines, and communication cables.

4. Lower deceleration output base
Multi stage gear reduction structure, outputting multiple rotational torques downwards, flange interface compatible with national standard gate valve and globe valve stem.

Equipped with a clutch type handwheel structure, it can be manually operated by simply turning the handwheel after power failure, suitable for equipment maintenance and emergency working conditions; The handwheel does not rotate with electric operation.

5. Local/Remote Dual Mode
On site buttons can be used to switch and debug valves on site; After switching to remote mode, receive instructions from PLC and DCS control systems to complete the on/off and adjustment of pipeline flow.
