Product Introduction
This is a heavy-duty symmetrical double cylinder fork type pneumatic actuator, which is a high-power drive accessory developed by DINKONDA GLOBAL specifically for large angular stroke valves in the thermal power and petrochemical industries. Dual cylinder synchronous output power, pre installed with a complete set of air circuit control components at the factory, suitable for large-diameter butterfly valves, ball valves, and flue gas baffle doors, used to achieve remote pneumatic switch control of pipeline valves, mostly used for heavy-duty valves in power plant flue, circulating water, desulfurization and denitrification systems.

Structural Composition
1. Bilateral symmetrical drive cylinder
Two sets of independent aluminum alloy cylinder barrels on the left and right, with stainless steel bolt pull rods to press the cylinder head tightly; The cylinder body is hard anodized, wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant; The cylinder head is equipped with lifting rings for easy handling and installation of heavy equipment, and the cylinder body is labeled with safety warning labels.

2. Central fork gearbox
Built in roller fork transmission structure, automatically amplifies the output torque at the end of valve opening and closing, overcoming the valve seat resistance caused by high-pressure medium and dust jamming; There is a visual valve position indicator above, which can intuitively distinguish the valve switch status.

3. Top integrated pneumatic accessory assembly
Assemble the pressure reducing valve, pressure gauge, two position five way solenoid valve, explosion-proof limit switch, and stainless steel connecting pipeline as a whole. The gas pipeline has been pre arranged, and only compressed air needs to be connected to the site for debugging and operation.

4. Standard installation base
The lower end of the box adopts the ISO5211 universal flange standard, which can directly match the vast majority of butterfly valves, ball valves, and air door baffles on the market.

1. Dual cylinder high-power output
Double directional cylinder synchronous output, with much higher torque than ordinary single cylinder actuators, can drive DN600~DN2600 large-diameter flue valves and circulating water shut-off valves.

2. Double acting retention function
The left and right air chambers are responsible for opening and closing valves respectively; After the gas source loses pressure, the piston locks and the valve remains in its current position without automatically resetting, ensuring the safety of the process pipeline.

3. Forklift Force Increasing Structure
The torque at the end of the switch is doubled, and in the face of valve jamming caused by high-temperature dust accumulation and high-pressure media, the opening and closing are stable and reliable.

4. Integrated pre installed air circuit
Complete configuration of pressure regulating components, pressure display, solenoid valves, and position feedback switches reduces on-site component assembly and shortens construction and commissioning cycles.

5. Low operating vibration and strong environmental adaptability
The lateral vibration of the left and right cylinders is counteracted by the forces acting on them; Aluminum alloy cylinder body and stainless steel pipeline are resistant to moisture, dust, and high temperature conditions, suitable for harsh power plant sites.

Can be equipped with manual emergency handwheel, intelligent valve locator, valve position signal transmitter, explosion-proof components, and air source triple components.

Installation Instructions
Use lifting lugs at both ends of the cylinder for hoisting, and fix the bottom flange and valve with bolts; Connect the compressed air and switch the intake direction of the cylinders on both sides through the solenoid valve to complete the switch; The top pressure gauge monitors the gas supply pressure in real-time, making it convenient for on-site debugging of work pressure.
