Product Overview
The multi turn explosion-proof valve electric device is suitable for valves with linear movement of valve discs, such as globe valves, gate valves, throttle valves, diaphragm valves, etc. After being combined with a secondary deceleration device, it can also be used for valves that rotate the valve disc, such as ball valves, butterfly valves, etc.
The multi turn explosion-proof valve electric device produced by DINKONDA GLOBAL is divided into two series of products: ZB and ZC. The torque range of ZB series is 50~400N. m; The torque range of ZC series is 450~10000N. m; These two series of products are divided into explosion-proof type and integral explosion-proof type according to the different electrical control methods
The explosion-proof valve electric device is equipped with basic control units such as stroke and torque, and requires a separate control box to achieve on-site and remote control operations of the valve.
The performance indicators meet the requirements of GB/T24922-2010 "Technical Conditions for Explosion proof Valve Electric Devices".
The overall explosion-proof valve electric device is equipped with basic control units such as stroke and torque, as well as control modules and AC contactors. It can be directly connected to the power supply to achieve on-site operation of the valve and can directly receive switch signals output by the DCS control system to achieve remote control operation of the valve. The performance indicators meet the requirements of GB/T24922-2010 "Technical Conditions for Explosion proof Valve Electric Devices".

1.1 Power Supply
1.1 Power Supply: Motor Voltage: 380V, 50Hz (Other voltages and frequencies require special ordering).
Integrated type: Remote control DC24V, with a minimum control signal threshold of 20V for "on" and a maximum control signal threshold of 1.5V for "of". The pulling current of the control signal is 15mA (equivalent to 1.6k, 0.36W load).
