Product Overview
The stainless steel flange is lined with PTFE metal bellows compensator, and both the flange and the external bellows are made of stainless steel material. The internal lining is made of PTFE, which belongs to the all stainless steel external anti-corrosion compensation element. Developed for working conditions where there are both corrosive media and external environmental risks of corrosion, stainless steel exterior components rely on PTFE lining to isolate media corrosion. They have excellent resistance to corrosion in outdoor and humid chemical environments, and are used to absorb thermal expansion and contraction of process pipelines, equipment displacement, installation deviations, reduce pipeline stress, protect pumps, valves, reaction vessels and other equipment. They are widely used in corrosive process pipelines in chemical, pharmaceutical, fine chemical and other industries.

Structural Composition
1. Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) lining: The medium flow layer is fully lined inside the corrugated pipe, and the ripples deform synchronously with the metal corrugated pipe. It is resistant to various corrosive media such as strong acids and alkalis, and the inner wall is smooth and not easy to hang materials and scale.

2. Stainless steel corrugated pipe body: The elastic pressure bearing body is made of 304/316L stainless steel plate, which can withstand pipeline pressure and achieve axial and small lateral angular displacement compensation.

3. Stainless steel flange: The overall stainless steel flange has no risk of carbon steel corrosion. The flange sealing surface is equipped with a PTFE sealing structure to prevent medium leakage. The flange bolt holes comply with the national standard flange size.

4. Stainless steel limit pull rod component: The pull rod, nut, and ear seat are all made of stainless steel material, which limits the maximum expansion and contraction stroke of the compensator, offsets the pressure thrust of the pipeline, and prevents damage to the corrugated pipe due to overtravel.
