Product Overview
The PTFE lined corrugated metal compensator is a composite pipeline compensation component developed specifically for strong corrosive media conditions. The metal corrugated pipe body is internally lined with PTFE, and externally consists of stainless steel metal corrugated pipe, flange, and limit rod components. It not only retains the excellent displacement compensation, pressure and temperature resistance of metal compensators, but also relies on PTFE lining to isolate the corrosion of acid, alkali, salt and organic solvents on the metal substrate. It is widely used in chemical, acid washing, waste gas treatment and other highly corrosive medium pipelines to absorb pipeline thermal expansion, equipment displacement, installation deviation, reduce pipeline stress, and protect pipelines and equipment.

Structural Composition
1. PTFE lining layer: The pipeline medium contact layer is made of PTFE, which is resistant to strong acid and alkali corrosion and isolates the medium from contact with the metal substrate; The corrugated section is in contact with the metal corrugated pipe and deforms synchronously with the corrugated pipe.

2. Stainless steel metal bellows: The main pressure bearing elastic element is made of 304/316L stainless steel, which bears pressure and completes axial and radial displacement compensation.

3. Flange: Stainless steel flange, used for pipeline docking, with PTFE sealing surface matching the flange sealing surface to prevent medium leakage.

4. Limit rod assembly: composed of bolts, rods, and adjusting nuts, it can limit the maximum compensation amount of the compensator, prevent the bellows from exceeding the stroke and stretching damage, and withstand the pressure thrust of the pipeline.

4. Non scaling, clean medium: The PTFE inner wall is smooth and not prone to scaling and material hanging, suitable for working conditions such as fine chemicals that require cleanliness of the medium.

5. Limit protection: Equipped with a limit rod as standard, it prevents damage to the corrugated pipe caused by system overpressure and displacement, and improves the safety of system operation.

6. Flange connection, easy installation: standard flange interface, can directly connect to national standard chemical pipelines, easy installation and maintenance.
