Product Overview
The Sondex S series sealing gasket is a core vulnerable sealing component of plate heat exchangers. It fully replicates the original S series outline, flow channel hole position, sealing section, and buckle positioning structure, and can directly match the Sondex S series original heat exchanger plates without changing the heat exchanger frame, clamping plate, and fasteners. It effectively solves the pain points of long delivery cycle, high procurement cost, and unstable supply of imported spare parts. It is mainly used to isolate hot and cold heat exchange media, prevent medium leakage and internal liquid leakage, and is widely used in unit maintenance, daily spare parts storage, and heat exchange system renovation projects.

Structural Composition
1. The gasket is formed by high-temperature integrated molding and vulcanization, mainly including five key structures: outer main sealing lip, medium corner hole sealing ring, flow guide reinforcement rib, plate positioning buckle, and leakage warning groove.

2. Outer main sealing lip edge: set along the outer frame of the gasket, the thickness of the lip edge section and compression allowance are strictly calibrated to the original factory parameters, and after compression, a continuous sealing barrier is formed to prevent the medium from leaking outward.

3. Medium angle hole sealing ring: The flow channel through-hole annular sealing structure ensures effective isolation between various medium channels, avoids medium mixing inside the heat exchanger, and maintains the same hole size and sealing bandwidth as the original factory.

4. Strengthening ribs in the flow distribution area: The rib structure in the end medium distribution area conforms to the flow pattern of the plate, ensuring reliable sealing of the medium distribution area and improving the tear resistance strength of the gasket body.

5. Plate positioning buckle: The buckle position and external dimensions are completely matched with the original factory, and can be firmly inserted into the slot of the heat exchange plate. The gasket is not easy to slip and fall off during equipment disassembly and maintenance, which improves on-site assembly efficiency.

6. Leakage warning groove: Reserve a medium release groove, once a trace of sealing failure occurs, the medium can overflow along the groove, making it easy for operation and maintenance personnel to quickly detect leakage hazards.
The product can provide a variety of rubber substrates: EPDM ternary ethylene propylene rubber, NBR nitrile rubber, HNBR hydrogenated nitrile rubber, FKM fluororubber, suitable for different temperatures and corrosion conditions.

EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) rubber: resistant to hot water, steam, weak acids and bases, suitable for central heating and central air conditioning circulating water;
