Product Overview
The upper mounted fixed ball valve adopts a top mounted integral valve body structure, with the ball body designed as a fixed ball. The upper and lower valve shafts support the ball body and are matched with a worm gear reduction manual mechanism. It is driven by a handwheel to achieve 90 ° rotation and complete the connection and disconnection of the pipeline medium. The valve does not need to be removed from the pipeline as a whole, and the internal components can be inspected directly by opening the cover from the top of the valve body, greatly reducing on-site maintenance downtime. The valve body is made of WCB carbon steel and is suitable for American standard pressure ratings. It is commonly used in large-scale process systems for continuous production in industries such as petroleum, natural gas, chemical, and long-distance pipelines.
