Product Overview
Mesh lined PTFE compensator, with PTFE as the anti-corrosion lining inside and metal braided mesh sleeve, stainless steel corrugated pipe, flange, and limit rod components on the outside, is a flexible compensation component specially developed for pipelines with strong corrosive media. The product combines the excellent corrosion resistance of PTFE materials with the pressure bearing capacity of metal structures. It can absorb axial, lateral, and angular displacement generated by pipeline operation, buffer equipment vibration, reduce thermal stress, and is widely used in pipeline systems under strong corrosion conditions such as chemical, pharmaceutical, acid pickling, and waste gas treatment.

Structural Composition
1. PTFE PTFE lining: inner corrugated body, directly in contact with the medium, resistant to strong acids, alkalis, and oxidants, and isolated from corrosive media;

2. Metal woven mesh cover: The outer mesh woven protective layer enhances the overall pressure bearing capacity, protects the PTFE lining, restrains deformation, and resists explosion;

3. Stainless steel corrugated pipe: provides flexible deformation capability and absorbs various displacements of the pipeline;

4. Flange components: standard steel flanges, bolted connections, easy to connect and install with pipelines;

5. Limit rod assembly: composed of a rod and a nut, it provides limit protection to prevent product damage caused by excessive displacement, and can also withstand partial pressure and thrust.

4. The flange structure is easy to install, with standard flange openings and on-site bolt tightening to complete assembly, making it convenient for maintenance and replacement.

5. Limit protection design, equipped with limit rods, limits the maximum compensation amount, avoids inner lining tearing and equipment failure caused by system over displacement, and improves operational safety.

6. Wide temperature resistance range, stable operation in the range of -20 ℃ to 200 ℃, no medium pollution, high cleanliness, and can also be applied to some food and pharmaceutical working conditions.
