Product Overview
This series of American standard flange globe valves, with pressure ratings of 600LB and 900LB, adopts a flange connection form and belongs to a forced sealing valve. By relying on the pressure of the valve stem, the sealing surface of the valve disc is tightly adhered to the sealing surface of the valve seat, achieving pipeline connection and throttling adjustment. The product is designed and manufactured strictly in accordance with American API and ASME standards. Structural Composition
1. Valve body: spherical valve body structure, flange connection end, optimized flow channel design, capable of withstanding high-pressure loads, materials can be selected from carbon steel and stainless steel, suitable for different media corrosion requirements.

2. Valve seat and disc: The sealing surface can be welded with hard alloy, which is wear-resistant, erosion resistant, and has good abrasion resistance; Adopting a flat/conical sealing structure, it is forcibly compressed when closed to achieve a tight seal.

3. Valve stem: using quenched and tempered valve stem, surface nitriding treatment, corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant; The open stem structure allows for intuitive observation of the valve opening height, and the threads do not come into contact with the medium, thereby extending the service life.

4. Valve cover component: bolt clamped valve cover, gasket sealing, easy disassembly and maintenance; The stuffing box is equipped with flexible graphite packing, which is resistant to high temperature and high pressure, effectively preventing medium leakage.

5. Drive handwheel: manual disc handwheel, rotate the valve clockwise to close and counterclockwise to open, with moderate operating torque; Electric and pneumatic actuators can be selected according to demand.

6. Flange connection end: American standard RF raised face flange, in compliance with ASME B16.5 standard, easy to connect and install with on-site pipeline bolts.
