Product Overview
D643H pneumatic triple eccentric metal hard sealed butterfly valve, using flange connection and gear rack pneumatic actuator drive. Relying on the principle of three eccentric frictionless sealing, the metal hard sealing structure is resistant to high temperatures and erosion, and can be adapted to high-temperature steam, flue gas, and media with trace particles. Pneumatic drive has fast opening and closing speed, supports remote automation control, and has a flange connection that is stable and earthquake resistant. It is suitable for industrial pipelines with harsh working conditions such as power plants, heating, chemicals, metallurgy, etc., to achieve medium cut-off and flow regulation.

Structural Composition
1. Valve body: WCB cast steel material, integral flange structure, blue anti-corrosion coating, flange standard GB/T9113, high pressure bearing and good rigidity

2. Butterfly plate: Three eccentric structure, sealing surface welded with hard alloy, resistant to erosion and wear

3. Valve seat: replaceable all metal hard seal pair, bi-directional pressure bearing seal

4. Valve stem: 2Cr13 stainless steel, high-strength, torsion resistant, and corrosion-resistant

Product Features
1. Three eccentric frictionless seal
Triple eccentric geometric structure ensures no sliding or scratching between the butterfly plate and valve seat during opening and closing, effectively reducing the wear of the sealing pair, extending the service life of the valve, and avoiding valve jamming and biting under high temperature conditions.

2. Metal hard seal with high temperature resistance
All metal sealing pair, with a maximum applicable temperature of 425 ℃, suitable for high-temperature steam, thermal oil, high-temperature flue gas, and media containing a small amount of dust particles.

3. Bidirectional high-pressure seal
It can withstand bidirectional pressure difference in pipelines, with stable sealing performance and a leakage level of up to level VI.

4. Pneumatic automation control
Fast opening and closing response speed, can be connected to the automatic control system to achieve remote switch control; It can be equipped with accessories such as solenoid valves and limit switches to achieve signal feedback.

5. Flange connection
The two end flanges are directly connected to the pipeline flange bolts, with high connection strength and strong seismic resistance, suitable for high pressure, large pipeline vibration, and long-term continuous operation conditions.

6. Excellent circulation performance
Low flow resistance and high flow capacity, it can be used to completely shut off the medium with a shut-off valve and also achieve flow regulation.
