Product Overview
The SG type pump is a single-stage double suction horizontal open type high-efficiency centrifugal pump, developed using a modern high-efficiency hydraulic model. The pump housing is horizontally divided, and the medium is sucked in from both sides of the impeller. It has the characteristics of high flow rate, high efficiency, stable operation, and good cavitation performance. Mainly used in the circulating water system of thermal power plants, it is also widely used in municipal water supply and drainage, metallurgy, chemical industry, large pump stations, HVAC circulation and other working conditions. It transports clean water with a temperature of 0-80 ℃ and does not contain solid particles or media with physical and chemical properties close to clean water, suitable for continuous operation in high flow, medium and low head situations.

Structural Composition
1. Pump body and pump cover: Horizontal split shell, with inlet and outlet flanges arranged in the lower half of the pump body. During maintenance, the pump cover can be directly removed, and the impeller, shaft, bearings, and seals can be disassembled and repaired without disassembling the inlet and outlet pipelines, greatly reducing maintenance time. The shell material can be cast iron, ductile iron, or cast steel, suitable for different pressure and medium working conditions.

2. Double suction impeller: high-efficiency double suction closed impeller, medium enters from both sides of the impeller simultaneously, automatically balancing most of the axial force; The impeller has undergone precise dynamic balance correction, with high hydraulic efficiency and excellent anti cavitation performance, making it suitable for long-term continuous operation at high flow rates.

3. Pump shaft: High quality alloy steel pump shaft, with high strength, good torsional performance, and surface rust and wear-resistant treatment; Assemble impeller and shaft sleeve on the shaft, and the shaft sleeve protects the pump shaft from medium erosion and wear.

4. Bearing components: can be configured with rolling bearings or sliding bearings; The sliding bearing adopts thin oil lubrication and comes with a lubricating oil pipeline system. It has low operating vibration and high load-bearing capacity, making it suitable for high-power units; The bearing seat is independently arranged, making disassembly and maintenance convenient.

5. Shaft seal mechanism: supports two configurations of packing seal and mechanical seal, suitable for clean water circulation conditions, effectively reducing medium leakage.

6. Common base: The base is welded/cast as a whole, and the pump and motor share the same base to ensure alignment accuracy, reduce on-site installation workload, and suppress unit operation vibration.
