Product Overview
The RQ series pneumatic switch gate valve equipment consists of an RQ linear pneumatic actuator and a WCB cast steel flange gate valve body. It uses compressed air as the power source to achieve two position switch control of fully open and fully closed valves. A single acting spring reset structure can be configured to achieve fault safety reset in the event of gas or power loss. It is equipped with a complete set of accessories such as solenoid valves, air filter pressure reducing valves, valve position feedback switches, etc. It receives control system switch signals and completes pipeline medium on/off operations. The product has high output thrust, stable opening and closing, low flow resistance, and reliable sealing performance. 1. RQ straight stroke pneumatic actuator

The single acting model relies on the spring to achieve automatic reset in case of gas source failure, meeting the safety requirements of process failure. The cylinder body is made of high-strength carbon steel material, with a red anti-corrosion coating on the surface. The upper part of the cylinder body is equipped with lifting rings for easy lifting and disassembly; The cylinder side integrates solenoid valves, filter pressure reducing valves, pressure gauges, gas source pipelines, and valve position signal components.
