Product Overview
A42Y is a spring fully open closed safety valve, which adopts a fully open valve disc structure and a closed valve cover design. When the system medium pressure reaches the set pressure, the valve disc opens significantly, quickly releasing a large amount of medium to achieve pressure relief; The pressure drops back to the reseating pressure, and the valve automatically closes. The closed structure can export all the discharge medium from the outlet pipeline, and the medium will not overflow outward from the valve cover. It is suitable for working conditions that are flammable, explosive, toxic, or require medium recovery. It is widely used for overpressure safety protection of pressure vessels and pressure pipelines.

Installation And Usage Precautions
1. The safety valve must be installed vertically upwards, and it is strictly prohibited to tilt or invert it;

2. The inlet pipeline is short and straight, and it is prohibited to install shut-off valves on the inlet side; The outlet pipeline is separately led to a safe area;

3. Regularly calibrate the set pressure according to special equipment regulations, and only after passing the calibration can it be put into operation;

4. Regular inspections are conducted to prevent impurities from entering the valve chamber and scratching the hard alloy sealing surface. Once there is an internal leak, it should be promptly repaired;

5. Unauthorized rotation of the adjusting screw to modify the set pressure is strictly prohibited;

6. This model does not have a manual wrench and cannot be manually pulled and tested for jumping performance on site. It must rely on regular calibration.
