Product Overview
The NYD (NJ) type contact wedge block check device belongs to the heavy-duty contact wedge block check device, mainly supporting equipment such as large angle belt conveyors, bucket elevators, scraper conveyors, etc. When the equipment is operating normally in the forward direction, the wedge block rotates accordingly; Once the equipment stops and shows a tendency to reverse, the internal wedges immediately tighten to prevent the shaft from rotating in the opposite direction, prevent the belt from slipping and materials from flowing back, protect equipment and personal safety, and are widely used in heavy-duty transportation conditions such as mines, coal, building materials, ports, and power plants.

Structural Composition
1. High strength cast steel shell: The blue integral casting shell has high strength and strong impact resistance. Multiple sets of fastening bolts are arranged on the outside of the shell to ensure the sealing of the cavity and prevent dust and impurities from entering the interior.
2. Stop arm (moment arm): an integrated extended stop arm structure, with the bottom fixed to the frame, capable of withstanding all the reverse torque generated by the reverse stop and limiting the rotation of the housing.
3. Inner ring shaft sleeve: a mounting hole with a keyway in the center, directly assembled on the output shaft and drum shaft of the reducer, and rotates synchronously with the transmission shaft.
4. Wedge block reverse component: core braking component, multiple sets of wedges evenly distributed; When the device is reversed, the wedge blocks tighten the inner and outer rings under the action of friction, achieving locking and braking.
5. Red end cap component: The front sealed end cap is tightened with bolts to seal the internal cavity, protect the wedge block and bearing components, and prevent dust from entering.
6. Bearing components: support the normal rotation of the inner ring, ensuring the forward rotation flexibility of the backstop.
