Product Overview
This device is developed by DINKONDA GLOBAL and belongs to a high-power heavy-duty fork type pneumatic actuator. Structural Composition
1. Bilateral symmetrical drive cylinder
Two thick red cylinder assemblies on the left and right, with a rod type fastening cylinder head, and high pressure bearing strength of the cylinder body; Dual cylinder synchronous output torque, sufficient power, suitable for driving super large air doors and butterfly valves.

2. External hydraulic damping speed regulating cylinder
Equipped with an independent hydraulic buffer cylinder on the side, relying on oil circuit throttling to control the opening and closing speed of the valve, buffering the impact, preventing the valve from quickly closing and hitting the valve seat, and preventing water hammer and vibration in the pipeline.

3. Integrated manual emergency operation mechanism
An extended manual operation handle is installed below the box, which can manually open and close the valve in case of gas supply interruption, equipment maintenance, or emergency, meeting the mandatory safety regulations of the power station.

4. Central fork transmission box
The internal roller fork transmission structure automatically amplifies the output torque at the end of the stroke, overcoming the valve opening and closing resistance caused by dust jamming and high-temperature media; The upper end is equipped with a valve installation flange.

5. Stainless steel complete set of gas pipeline components

Independent hydraulic damping cylinder, capable of independently adjusting the speed of valve opening and closing, achieving slow opening and closing, eliminating valve impact, pipeline water hammer, and air duct impact noise, and protecting the valve body and pipeline system.

3. Pneumatic manual dual control mode
Remote pneumatic control under normal operating conditions; During gas loss, power outage, and shutdown maintenance, use an external manual lever to directly control the valve to ensure pipeline safety.

4. Double acting gas retention
Double acting chamber structure, the cylinder is locked after the gas source is lost, and the valve maintains its original opening without accidental closure or opening.

5. High strength anti-corrosion body
The whole machine is coated with red wear-resistant and anti-corrosion paint, and the oil cylinder and air cylinder are resistant to dust, high temperature, and humid flue gas environment, suitable for harsh working conditions such as desulfurization and denitrification in power plants and induced draft fan flues.

6. Complete expansion accessories
Electromagnetic valves, explosion-proof limit switches, air source triplets, intelligent valve positioners, and valve position feedback transmitters can be installed.
