Product Introduction
1. The KR-939B fan safety monitor, when used in conjunction with the KR-939SB integrated three parameter combination probe, can perform online safety monitoring of mechanical vibration, gearbox lubricating oil temperature, and lubricating oil level during the operation of the cooling tower fan.

2. The combination sensing technology and digital encoding technology used in this monitor realize the bus connection method between the host and the probe. Through a four core cable, eight probes can be connected in parallel for a long distance, and up to 24 safe operating parameters of eight wind turbine equipment can be monitored online. It also completes various functions such as alarm interlocking shutdown and network communication.

3. In addition to ensuring the safe operation of wind turbine equipment online, this product can also predict the occurrence and causes of equipment failures through analysis of monitoring data, eliminate accidents in the bud, and provide quantitative basis for maintenance.

1. 4-20mA industrial standard signal input, high-power feeding provided in the table, no additional power supply required for on-site probes.

2. Three channel anti-interference remote transmission input, zero and range digital settings.

3. Three rows of four digit LED digital display, capable of simultaneously displaying oil temperature, oil level, and vibration measurement values.

4. Three channel "pre alarm" and "parking alarm" two-level digital settings, with alarm mode selection.

5. Alarm relay electrical contact output, alarm hold function selection, convenient for forming parking interlock control.

6. Three channel analog signal isolation transmission output, freely connected to other instruments or computer data acquisition systems.

7. Serial digital communication interface, convenient for upper computer network management.

8. Internally, advanced single-chip microcomputers are used as the main control, with fewer peripheral components to improve reliability.

9. Adopting digital filtering WATCHDOG, Technologies such as multiple redundancy, power down protection, and wide voltage switching power supply have a wide range of applications and high anti-interference ability.
