Quality Control
Quality‑Control System
For 17 years of export experience on thermal‑power‑plant components, DINKONDA‑GLOBAL fully recognizes that power‑station equipment operates under extreme working conditions: high‑temperature, high‑pressure, flue‑gas corrosion, frequent vibration and non‑stop long‑time operation. The reliability of each spare‑part directly determines the operational safety of the whole generating unit.
We have built‑up a closed‑loop full‑cycle quality‑control system covering raw‑material traceability, in‑process workshop inspection, multi‑dimensional performance testing, finished‑product verification, pre‑shipment audit and whole‑lot tracking. Strict power‑industry specifications run through every manufacturing procedure. Reliable power‑station accessories are delivered for worldwide thermal‑energy projects via precise quality management.
1. Source‑side Raw‑Material Inspection and Traceability
Quality begins with raw materials. Every incoming batch of alloy steel, special sealing materials, anti‑corrosion metal, sensor chips and transmission components goes through rigid access screening. We examine metallurgical certificates, material test reports and performance documents.
Independent batch coding and complete archives enable full‑scale material traceability. Sub‑standard raw materials are rejected before entering production lines. Special anti‑high‑temperature, wear‑resistance and anti‑corrosion tests are carried out on critical materials for boiler, turbine and high‑pressure pipeline spare‑parts to eliminate hidden risks at the source.

2. Multi‑level Workshop Inspection During Production
An independent quality‑control department and professional inspectors are stationed in‑house. Four‑layer inspection rules are implemented: first‑article testing, routine process patrol, semi‑finished‑product sampling and workstation re‑check.
Inspectors monitor CNC machining, welding, heat treatment, anti‑corrosion surface treatment and component assembly in real‑time. Manufacturing tolerance, welding tightness, metal hardness and surface finishing are strictly examined. Production will be suspended once non‑compliant workpieces are discovered.
Separate inspection zones are arranged for valve actuators, pumps & valves, heat exchangers, fans, precision instruments, expansion joints and host‑machine spare‑parts, avoiding cross‑contamination and process confusion.

3. Working‑condition Simulation Laboratory for Endurance Tests
Our professional‑grade testing laboratory is equipped with hydraulic pressure testers, non‑destructive flaw‑detection instruments, pressure‑fatigue machines, high‑low‑temperature cycling chambers, corrosion simulators, precision calibrators and vibration endurance equipment.
All finished‑products must pass overload‑environment tests that replicate real‑power‑plant conditions: high‑pressure sealing examination, long‑term fatigue assessment, extreme‑temperature cycling, flue‑gas corrosion resistance and continuous vibration durability.
We screen out defective items with insufficient service life, sealing leakage, signal deviation and structural wear. Every qualified component is engineered to withstand harsh on‑site power‑station environments overseas.

4. 100% Full Inspection and Multi‑stage Pre‑shipment Audit
Random sampling is never adopted for finished‑goods inspection. Each unit undergoes complete checking on dimension tolerance, pressure‑bearing capacity, sealing performance, transmission sensitivity and instrument accuracy.
Critical spare‑parts for boilers and steam turbines receive ultrasonic non‑destructive flaw‑detection to discover hidden welding cracks and internal metal defects.

Once products pass all tests, complete documents are archived, including material certificates, inspection reports, flaw‑detection records, parameter manuals and nameplate specifications. Each product corresponds to one independent file for customer inquiry and traceability. Defective goods are isolated, reworked or scrapped and are never delivered for overseas shipment.
5. Quality Protection for Packaging and Shipment
Precision power‑station accessories are vulnerable to collision, dampness, rust and vibration damage. Our QC team also regulates export‑packaging standards. Custom‑made shock‑resistant wooden cases, anti‑rust treatment, moisture‑proof sealing and buffer structures are adopted for different equipment categories. Sensitive instruments are equipped with separate vibration‑proof layers. Heavy‑duty pumps, valves and heat exchangers receive reinforced anti‑corrosion protection.
A final appearance, accessory and document review is completed before goods leave the warehouse. Packaging schemes are optimized against humid marine transport and long‑distance bumpy delivery, ensuring intact arrival at overseas construction sites.
6. Lifelong Traceability and Continuous Quality Upgrade
Batch‑number records are established for all exported goods, realizing full‑life‑cycle tracking from raw‑material processing, workshop manufacture, laboratory testing, shipment and on‑site operation.
We continuously collect operation feedback from global power plants. On‑site‑condition data is shared with our R&D and production teams to upgrade manufacturing techniques, material standards and testing items.
