Product Overview

The JGR series high-pressure water-cooled Roots blower is a volumetric Roots blower independently developed by DINKONDA GLOBAL for high-pressure differential working conditions. It adopts a water-cooled cooling structure and is specifically designed to solve the pain points of large temperature rise, seal aging, and bearing overheating of ordinary Roots blowers when the pressure is high. The whole machine is a horizontal three blade structure, with the main engine and motor integrated on a common base and directly connected transmission; The flow range is 0.7m ³/min to 90m ³/min, with a pressure increase coverage of 29.4kPa to 117.6kPa. The output air volume is stable and not affected by small fluctuations in outlet pressure. It is the main gas supply equipment for high-pressure gas supply conditions such as sewage aeration, powder transportation, chemical gas transportation, desulfurization and denitrification, and gas transportation.

Structural Composition
