Product Overview

The GF series pneumatic actuator is a new generation of fork type drive device developed by Baide Automation for high torque and heavy-duty valve operating conditions. It is divided into two types of configurations: single acting spring reset type and double acting lost air protection type. With a mature variable force fork transmission structure, it specifically solves the problem of sudden torque changes during the opening and closing of large-diameter hard sealed butterfly valves, ball valves, and knife gate valves. Different from conventional small torque gear rack actuators, the GF series focuses on high rigidity, large output torque, and strong resistance to eccentric loads. It is suitable for automatic cut-off and adjustment circuits in process industries such as petroleum, chemical, coal chemical, thermal power, and long-distance pipelines. It can flexibly select fault reset or protection schemes according to safety interlock requirements.

Structural Composition

The whole machine adopts a modular cast steel main structure, consisting of a cylinder barrel, a piston assembly, a fork transmission mechanism, an output spindle, and a limit adjustment component.

-Double acting model: symmetrical dual cylinder structure, without built-in spring components, relying on alternating intake of air from both sides to achieve switch action;
-Single acting model: One side integrates a high-performance spring package component, which overcomes the spring force when supplying air and drives the valve to reset in case of gas loss;

The outer surface is heavily anti-corrosion and high-temperature baked paint, which is resistant to outdoor rain and salt spray corrosion; The piston guide adopts self-lubricating wear-resistant liner, and the main seal uses composite rubber material that is resistant to low temperature and medium aging. The leakage rate is low under long-term frequent operation.
