Product Overview
The D371X worm gear transmission clamp soft seal butterfly valve is the main centerline soft seal butterfly valve product of DINKONDA GLOBAL. It is driven by a worm gear worm reduction mechanism, and the valve body is a clamp type structure, which relies on the flange clamping and fastening installation at both ends of the pipeline. By driving the worm gear mechanism with the handwheel, the butterfly plate is rotated 90 degrees to achieve the cutting off and flow regulation of the pipeline medium; Rubber soft sealing pairs achieve bidirectional sealing, with small opening and closing torque and easy operation, widely used in water supply and drainage, fire protection, HVAC, sewage treatment, general chemical and other working conditions.

Structural Composition
1. Valve body: made of ductile iron QT450, with a thin clamping structure. The valve body has bolt through holes and does not have a built-in flange. It is clamped between two pipe flanges during installation.

2. Butterfly Plate: Mid line butterfly plate, ductile iron surface coated with hard chrome for corrosion protection, upgradable stainless steel material, 90 ° rotation to complete full open close action.

3. Valve seat sealing ring: EPDM rubber inlaid valve seat, bi-directional sealing, good sealing performance; Optional NBR oil resistant rubber.

4. Valve stem: Stainless steel valve stem, anti slip structure, torque transmission, corrosion resistance.
Worm gear reducer: The reduction mechanism amplifies the operating torque, making it easy to open and close medium and large diameter valves; The top is equipped with an opening indicator panel, which intuitively displays the valve opening position.

5. Handwheel: Cast iron handwheel, manually operated on site, can be equipped with a locking device to prevent accidental operation.

3. The flow channel is unobstructed and the resistance to medium circulation is low. It can be used as a shut-off valve or for rough flow regulation.

4. The top is equipped with an opening indicator, allowing for a visual understanding of the valve's on/off status on site.
Easy maintenance, seals can be replaced on site, and parts have strong universality.
