Product Overview
The L series straight stroke electric actuator is a new generation of modular intelligent straight stroke electric drive device independently developed by DINKONDA GLOBAL. It is a non explosion proof product that outputs linear thrust and linear displacement, and is compatible with various straight stroke control valves, globe valves, and gate valves. It is used for continuous adjustment of process medium flow, pressure, and liquid level or for two position switch control. The product adopts a modular design, with a thrust coverage of 3000N~30000N and a customizable standard stroke of 16~100mm. It has excellent weather resistance and seismic performance; After a power outage, the self-locking transmission mechanism can maintain the valve position unchanged and is widely used in industrial automation systems such as power plants, water treatment, heating, papermaking, general chemical engineering, building automation, etc. without explosion hazards .
Structural Composition
1. Intelligent control module
Divided into ICUC intelligent, SRCU integrated, PCU regulated, and switch type control units; Some models are equipped with local LCD screens, which display valve opening and equipment operating status in real time. They support local parameter settings and stroke calibration, and can achieve local/remote control switching. They support Modbus, Profibus, and HART bus communication protocols, making it easy to connect to DCS and PLC systems.

2. Drive motor and screw drive assembly
Adopting a fully enclosed H-class insulated squirrel cage motor with small size, high starting torque, and built-in motor overheating protection; Equipped with a precision screw drive mechanism, the motor's rotational motion is converted into stable linear thrust output, with high transmission efficiency and smooth operation. Multiple thrust and stroke specifications are available.

3. Hand automatic clutch manual operating mechanism
Equipped with an operating handwheel and clutch mechanism, in case of power failure or control system malfunction, switch to manual mode to manually operate the valve; When the motor starts, it automatically disengages from the handwheel to ensure the safety of the operator and meet the needs of on-site maintenance and emergency operations .

4. Valve position sensing feedback component
The high-precision position encoder real-time collects the stroke of the push rod, outputs standard DC4~20mA valve position feedback signal, constructs a closed-loop regulation loop, has high positioning accuracy, and the control dead zone can be customized.

5. Multiple security protection modules
Integrated thrust overload protection, upper and lower mechanical travel limit, and motor overheating protection. When the load exceeds the set thrust, the actuator automatically stops; The push rod automatically cuts off the motor power when it reaches the fully open/fully closed position, protecting the actuator and valve body.

6. Aluminum alloy shell and straight stroke bracket assembly
Die cast aluminum alloy shell, surface anti-corrosion coating, equipped with ISO5211 standard installation flange and long guide bracket, the bracket has strong rigidity, can offset lateral force, and avoid push rod jamming; Independently sealed wiring chamber, with an overall protection level of IP67 (optional IP68), dustproof and waterproof.

7. Output push rod and connecting components
Metal guide push rod, matched with universal joint, easy to connect with regulating valve stem, reducing assembly stress.
