Product Overview
This large-diameter fully welded plate heat exchanger adopts laser welding sealing for all core plates, without rubber gasket structure; The equipment is equipped with a large-diameter cylindrical collector head, flange interface, high-strength red compression rod, and a deep blue overall steel structure base frame.

The product combines the dual advantages of high heat transfer efficiency of plate heat exchangers and resistance to harsh working conditions of shell and tube heat exchangers. It is specifically designed for heat exchange in high flow, high temperature and high pressure, strong corrosion, flammable and explosive media, completely avoiding the aging and leakage defects of ordinary detachable plate heat exchanger gaskets. It is widely used in high flow process systems such as chemical, coal chemical, power, and large-scale waste heat recovery.

Structural Composition
1. Laser welding heat exchange core
The corrugated plate group is laser welded as a whole, and all cold and hot medium flow channels are welded and sealed without using rubber gaskets; The plate material can be selected from SUS304, SUS316L, titanium TA1, and Hastelloy C-276; Ripple channels enhance fluid turbulence and ensure efficient heat transfer. The core itself cannot be disassembled or dismantled.

2. Large diameter cylindrical collector head
Silver stainless steel cylindrical collector heads are installed at both ends to reduce medium flow resistance and adapt to high flow conditions; The equipment is equipped with standard flange interfaces, and the flange sealing surface is flat, which can be directly connected to industrial process pipelines. The side of the head is equipped with maintenance/process flange ports.

3. Tighten the frame and pull rod components
Deep blue top compression crossbeam, multiple high-strength red protective rods, matched with locking nuts; The pull rod plays a protective role in clamping and fixing the welded core, and the sealing function is entirely undertaken by the welded core. The frame can be disassembled for easy inspection of the outer wall of the core.

4. Integrated steel structure base frame
The deep blue integrated welded steel base frame has strong overall rigidity and can bear the weight of the whole machine. It can be directly fixed to the ground through anchor bolts, effectively offsetting equipment operation vibration and suitable for on-site installation of large industrial devices.

The corrugated plate creates strong turbulence in the fluid, with a much higher heat transfer coefficient than traditional shell and tube heat exchangers. With the same heat transfer load, the equipment occupies a smaller area.

Continuous laser welding process has small weld deformation, high weld strength, and resistance to temperature fluctuations and pressure fluctuations.

5. The frame is detachable and easy to maintain
The external pull rod frame can be disassembled, allowing for visual inspection of the outer wall of the welded core; The core cannot be disassembled.

The plates and heads can be made of stainless steel, titanium, or Hastelloy, suitable for various highly corrosive chemical media.

7. The overall base rack is securely installed
Integrated steel base, without the need for additional foundation brackets, can be directly anchored on site, with good anti vibration performance.
