Product Overview
LW/LSW laser semi welded plate heat exchanger, combining the advantages of detachable plate and fully welded plate heat exchanger, adopts laser welding technology to weld two plates together to form a plate box flow channel. One side of the medium passes through the welding flow channel, and the other side of the medium passes through the gasket sealing flow channel. The equipment frame is a detachable blue anti-corrosion paint structure, and one side can be disassembled for maintenance and cleaning; Specially suitable for working conditions where one side of the medium is flammable, explosive, toxic, highly corrosive, and cannot come into contact with rubber gaskets. Widely used in chemical, refrigeration, oil and gas, and refrigerant processes for heat exchange. LW is the standard type, and LSW is the wide channel anti clogging version.

Structural Composition
1. Laser semi welded plate assembly
Paired plates are laser sealed and welded to form a closed plate box flow channel, with no rubber gasket contact on this side of the medium; Plate material: 304, 316L, titanium TA1, Hastelloy; The LSW model plate channel is widened to reduce the risk of blockage.

2. Sealing rubber gasket side
The other side of the channel is sealed with rubber gaskets made of EPDM, NBR, FKM fluororubber; This side can be disassembled for cleaning and inspection of the outer surface of the board, and the gasket can be replaced.

3. Tighten the frame components
Fixed clamping plate, movable clamping plate, upper and lower guide beams, high-strength clamping bolts, blue anti-corrosion coating; The fixed compression plate is equipped with flange connections to withstand system pressure.

4. Steel base
Ground support base ensures stable operation of the whole machine and facilitates on-site installation and fixation.

1. Half welded structure, isolated special medium
The welding channel does not have rubber gaskets, which can handle strong corrosive, toxic, refrigerant, flammable and explosive media, avoiding medium corrosion and swelling of rubber gaskets causing leakage. The gasket side medium can use ordinary medium and supports disassembly and maintenance.

2. Detachable frame for easy maintenance
The gasket side can be opened to flush the outer surface of the board and replace the sealing gasket; Compared to fully welded plate heat exchangers, there is no need to cut them apart as a whole, resulting in lower maintenance costs.

3. Reliable quality of laser welding
Laser continuous welding has small weld deformation, high strength, and excellent pressure and temperature resistance.

4. LW standard type/LSW wide channel two versions
LW: Standard ripple, high heat transfer efficiency, suitable for clean process media;
LSW: Widen the channel gap, suitable for media containing small amounts of particles and prone to scaling.

5. High heat exchange efficiency
The ripple of the plate promotes the formation of turbulence in the fluid, resulting in a high heat transfer coefficient, compact equipment volume, and small space occupation.
