Product Overview
This circular non-metallic flexible compensator is a specialized flexible compensation component for flue, hot air, and dust removal ventilation systems. It adopts a red anti-corrosion painted carbon steel flange and a composite high-temperature resistant fabric skin structure. The product relies on non-metallic skin flexible deformation to absorb axial, lateral, and angular thermal displacement of pipelines, release thermal expansion stress of pipelines, buffer fan and equipment vibration, compensate for pipeline installation and manufacturing deviations, reduce pipeline system noise, and is widely used in air ducts and flue gas pipelines such as boilers, dust removal, desulfurization, and fan inlet and outlet.

Structural Composition
1. Non metallic composite skin: Multi layer fabric composite flexible skin, designed to compensate for core components, with high temperature resistance, smoke aging resistance, and deformation resistance, achieving multi-directional displacement compensation.

2. Carbon steel circular flange: Q235 carbon steel flange, treated with red anti rust paint as a whole, with evenly distributed bolt holes around the flange circumference for easy connection with pipeline flanges, and high frame strength.

3. Limit rod assembly: equipped with metal rods, supports, and locking nuts, it limits the maximum stretching stroke of the compensator, prevents excessive pulling and damage to the skin, and can withstand some medium pressure thrust.

4. Internal guide tube: Equipped with a metal guide tube, it isolates high-temperature media from directly flushing the skin, reduces wind resistance, protects the skin, and extends the service life of the equipment.

5. Pressure plate fastening sealing component: The pressure plate and bolt edge pressing structure press and fix the skin tightly, ensuring the sealing of the joint position between the skin and the flange, and preventing leakage of smoke and hot air media.
