Product Overview
The P series detachable plate heat exchanger is a wide channel and large gap detachable plate heat exchanger developed by DINKONDA GLOBAL. Unlike conventional plate heat exchangers, the plate channel gap is widened and not easily blocked. The frame adopts a high-strength blue anti-corrosion paint structure and is equipped with an external support frame. The whole machine is detachable, and the plates and sealing gaskets can be disassembled and replaced separately. It is specifically designed for heat exchange conditions containing small amounts of impurities, fibers, and particulate media, and is widely used in heat exchange scenarios such as sewage, papermaking, textiles, food pulp, and industrial wastewater waste heat recovery that are prone to blockage.

Structural Composition
1. Wide gap heat exchange plate
Specially widened corrugated flow channel design increases the medium flow gap and reduces the risk of blockage; The plate material can be selected from 304, 316L stainless steel, and titanium plate; The number of plates can be increased or decreased according to the heat transfer load, and the heat transfer area can be adjusted.

2. Sealing rubber gasket
Adopting adhesive sealing gasket, optional EPDM EPDM, NBR nitrile rubber, FKM fluororubber; Resistant to medium erosion, can be replaced separately after aging, ensuring equipment sealing.

3. Tighten the frame components
Fixed clamping plate, movable clamping plate, upper and lower guide beams, high-strength clamping bolts, matched with independent side support frame, the whole machine has strong rigidity; The fixed compression plate is equipped with flange interfaces, ensuring stable pressure performance.

4. Base bracket
Steel floor support base ensures stable operation of the equipment and facilitates on-site installation and fixation.

1. Wide channel anti clogging
The gap between the plate flow channels is large, allowing media with fibers and small particles to pass through, solving the point of easy blockage in ordinary plate heat exchangers, and suitable for heat exchange with dirty media.

2. Fully detachable for maintenance
The equipment can be disassembled as a whole, and the plates can be manually cleaned by pulling them out; The gasket can be replaced separately; In the later stage of process changes, the heat exchange area can be adjusted by adding or removing plates.
