Product Overview
The MTB magnetic levitation bearing centrifugal blower is a new generation of high-efficiency and energy-saving centrifugal blower equipment developed by DINKONDA GLOBAL. It adopts magnetic levitation bearing technology and high-speed permanent magnet synchronous motor, and is integrated in a cabinet style. By relying on electromagnetic force to achieve rotor suspension operation, there is no mechanical contact and no need for lubricating oil. Compared with traditional Roots blowers and multi-stage centrifugal blowers, it has significant energy-saving advantages and is widely used in municipal sewage, industrial wastewater aeration, powder transportation, flue gas desulfurization, aquatic oxygenation and other fields. The equipment has high integration, low operating noise, and simple maintenance.

Structural Composition
1. Magnetic levitation bearing - high-speed motor rotor assembly
Adopting active magnetic levitation bearings, the rotor is completely suspended during operation without mechanical friction and wear; High speed permanent magnet synchronous motor direct drive impeller, eliminating gear speed increasing mechanism, low transmission loss. Equipped with displacement detection and automatic protection functions, with spare protective bearings for shutdown.

2. Three element flow centrifugal impeller
High precision ternary flow aluminum alloy impeller, high aerodynamic efficiency, good fatigue resistance, and stable output wind pressure and air volume.

3. Integrated intelligent control system
Built in PLC intelligent control system, with observation window on the cabinet door, allowing for intuitive viewing of internal electrical control components; Support local operation, fault self diagnosis, historical fault recording, and can be connected to the central control DCS system through communication interfaces to achieve remote monitoring.

4. Enclosed soundproof cabinet
Blue ash type cabinet, with sound-absorbing and noise reducing materials laid inside; Set up maintenance doors, ventilation vents, and lifting lugs for the entire machine to facilitate equipment lifting, maintenance, and repair.

5. Inlet and outlet silencing components
The top integrates an intake muffler and exhaust pipeline, effectively reducing intake and exhaust noise.

6. Adjustable support foot
The bottom is equipped with adjustable support feet, which do not require a heavy concrete foundation on site, and can be easily leveled to complete installation.

1. Energy conservation and consumption reduction
High speed permanent magnet motor paired with efficient ternary flow impeller saves 25-42% energy compared to traditional Roots blower; Variable frequency stepless adjustment of air volume, suitable for working conditions with large load fluctuations, with outstanding energy-saving effects.

2. Maglev oil-free operation
Electromagnetic suspension support, rotor without contact friction, the entire system does not require lubricating oil or oil stations, and outputs completely oil-free clean air, eliminating maintenance work such as oil changing and filtering. Backup protective bearings during shutdown to protect the impeller rotor from impact damage.

3. Low vibration and low noise
The rotor suspension has no mechanical contact, and when combined with the sound insulation cabinet of the whole machine, the operating noise is ≤ 80dB (A). It can be placed inside the factory without the need for a dedicated sound insulation room.

4. Integrated and easy to install
The fan, motor, frequency conversion control system, and muffler are integrated into a complete set and shipped from the factory; On site, only electricity and connections need to be made, and the foundation can be leveled before being put into use, reducing the construction period on site.

5. Complete intelligent protection
Equipped with multiple interlocking protections such as overload, overheating, vibration exceeding limits, abnormal displacement, and pressure exceeding limits; Support communication protocols such as Modbus RTU and connect to the factory automation control system.

6. Low operation and maintenance costs
No gearbox, no lubricating oil system, daily maintenance only requires regular cleaning or replacement of air filters, with fewer vulnerable parts and less maintenance workload in the later stage.
