Product Overview
The RQ series pneumatic diaphragm regulating valve complete set device is composed of an RQ pneumatic diaphragm actuator and a straight through single seat valve body, and belongs to the pneumatic unit combined process control regulating equipment. Using compressed air as the power source, the receiving control system outputs a 4-20mA standard control signal to achieve continuous adjustment of valve opening and precise control of process parameters such as flow rate, pressure, temperature, and liquid level of pipeline media. The product has the characteristics of reliable structure, sensitive response, and good protective performance. It can be adapted to steam, water, thermal oil, and various chemical fluid media, and is widely used in process circuits of industries such as thermal power, chemical, heating, petroleum, and water treatment. Structural Composition
1. RQ pneumatic thin film actuator
Adopting a multi spring membrane structure, it is divided into upper membrane cover, lower membrane cover, corrugated membrane, compression spring group, push rod, bracket and other components. Compressed air is input into the membrane chamber to push the membrane, overcoming the spring force to drive the push rod to output linear displacement; The spring group provides a reset force, achieving linear correspondence between air pressure and displacement; The membrane is made of anti-aging special rubber composite material, which is fatigue resistant and suitable for temperature alternating working conditions; The execution mechanism is divided into two types: positive action and negative action, which meet the safety logic of fault closing and fault opening.

Straight through single seat cast steel valve body, flange connection structure; The valve internals include valve core, valve seat, valve stem, and packing components; Smooth flow path design, minimal pressure loss, and excellent sealing performance; The valve core can be designed with sleeve, single seat, cage and other structures to adapt to different working conditions such as pressure difference, noise, and erosion; The packing adopts a combination of flexible graphite/polytetrafluoroethylene to reduce valve stem friction and effectively prevent medium leakage.

Valve positioner: receives 4-20mA electrical signals from the central control, outputs corresponding pneumatic driven thin film actuators, improves positioning accuracy, overcomes valve stem friction and medium pressure difference disturbances.
Air filtration pressure reducing valve: filters compressed air from the air source to remove water and oil, outputs stable and clean air supply pressure, and protects the diaphragm and locator.
Gas source pressure gauge: It intuitively displays the input actuator gas supply pressure, making it easy to debug and inspect on site.
