Product Overview
The 101, 102, 103, 104, and 105 plastic centrifugal pumps are small corrosion-resistant plastic centrifugal pumps. The pump body is made of reinforced polypropylene (FRPP) material and is integrally formed, belonging to a direct connection structure. The motor is coaxially connected to the pump head, and the structure is compact and lightweight. This series is mainly used for conveying various corrosive liquids without solid particles, widely used in industries such as chemical, electroplating, sewage treatment, acid washing, etc. Different models correspond to different flow head specifications, meeting the requirements of small and medium flow corrosion-resistant conveying conditions.

Installation And Usage Precautions
1. The medium should not contain hard particles or crystals to avoid wear on the impeller and mechanical seal; It is recommended to use a pre filter for conditions with particles;

2. It is strictly prohibited to idle. Before starting up, the medium must be filled to prevent damage to the mechanical seal due to dry abrasion;

3. The temperature of the conveying medium should not exceed the rated range, as high temperatures can accelerate plastic aging;

4. The pipeline support is independent, and the weight of the pipeline cannot be pressed against the inlet and outlet flanges of the pump;

5. If the medium is prone to crystallization after shutdown, the pump chamber should be flushed in a timely manner to prevent crystallization from sticking to the impeller.
