Product Overview
The E-series detachable plate heat exchanger is a frame type detachable plate equipment, which is composed of a clamping frame, stainless steel heat exchange plates, rubber sealing gaskets, clamping bolts and other components. The plates can be added or removed, and can be disassembled, washed and maintained. By relying on plate ripples to form turbulence, efficient heat exchange is achieved, which is easy to disassemble and maintain. It is widely used in medium heat exchange conditions in industries such as HVAC heating, municipal heating, chemical, metallurgical, food, refrigeration and cooling, and is suitable for heat exchange of various cold and hot media such as water water and oil water.

Structural Composition
1. Heat transfer plate
Using materials such as 304/316L stainless steel, titanium plate, Hastelloy alloy, and herringbone corrugated plates to enhance fluid turbulence and improve heat transfer efficiency; The number of plates can be increased or decreased according to the heat exchange demand, and the heat exchange area can be flexibly adjusted.

2. Gasket
Using materials such as nitrile rubber NBR, ethylene propylene diene monomer EPDM, fluororubber FKM, etc., pasted in the sealing groove of the plate to achieve medium sealing isolation; The gasket can be replaced separately.

3. Frame compression components
Including fixed clamping plate, movable clamping plate, upper guide beam, lower guide beam, and clamping bolts; Fixed compression plate integrated medium inlet and outlet flange; Tighten and fix the plate group by clamping the bolts. The blue painted frame has high structural strength and is easy to disassemble and assemble.

4. Support Base
The steel base supports the entire machine and can be fixedly installed on site to ensure stable operation of the equipment.

The geometric shape of the roof enhances the ability of the rubber pad to resist pressure and seismic vibration, and the sealing and compression force lasts for a long time, with a long-lasting service life and reduced maintenance costs. The dual channel sealing and signal hole structure of the sealing gasket ensures that when the sealing gasket is damaged and the medium leaks from the first seal, the leakage problem can be detected and solved early through the signal hole, without causing mixing of the two heat exchange media, avoiding and reducing losses caused by medium leakage. The snap on and snap on non stick sealing gaskets extend the service life of the gaskets, make replacement quick and convenient, and reduce maintenance costs and downtime. Due to the separation of sealing and fixing functions, even if some of the fasteners or snap fasteners that serve the fixing function fail, the gasket can still provide a sealing effect in the gasket groove.

4. Clamping bolt system makes maintenance easy. The clamping bolt system consists of three parts: the bearing box system, bolts, and locking system. The bearing box system enables bolts to be quickly and accurately positioned and easily tightened, while the locking system prevents bolts from rotating during tightening. All bolts are manufactured by rolling and coated with anti-corrosion materials and lubricating oil. The outer cover is made of plastic, and heavy-duty hex nuts make the entire disassembly process easier. Moreover, all clamping bolts can be disassembled and installed from the side, making disassembly convenient.

5. Accurate multi-point positioning system makes maintenance simple. The four corner positioning system for models with corner hole diameter below 100mm enables the plates to be accurately embedded together with the upper and lower guide rods as the axis. The five point positioning system for models with a corner hole diameter of 150mm or more allows the positioning of the plate to be determined by multiple metal to metal contact points. The contact point of the upper guide rod can prevent the plate from moving up and down, while the contact point of the lower guide rod can limit the plate from moving left and right. By adopting multi-point positioning technology, the plate group can move forward and backward on the guide rod without resistance, easily and simply completing maintenance operations. At the same time, the plates can be accurately fitted during reassembly, ensuring accurate sealing of the gasket without any deviation. The plate group can achieve complete reset, thereby ensuring the durability of the heat exchanger after disassembly and assembly. Moreover, plate heat exchangers with multi-point positioning systems only require one person, and even without any experience, they can be easily disassembled and assembled with simple tools.
