Product Overview
I-1B type screw slurry pump, single screw positive displacement pump, commonly known as slurry pump. By relying on the sealed cavity formed by the rotor and stator, medium transportation can be achieved, which can transport viscous media with high viscosity, solid particles, and fiber impurities. The transportation flow rate is stable without pulsation. Horizontal split structure, the motor drives the pump head through an elastic coupling, and is installed as a whole on a common base. It is widely used for conveying viscous media in industries such as food, chemical, papermaking, and environmental wastewater treatment.

Structural Composition
1. Drive motor
Horizontal three-phase asynchronous motor, explosion-proof motor can be selected as needed; The motor comes with heat dissipation ribs, junction boxes, and lifting rings, ensuring stable operation and adaptability to continuous working conditions.

2. Elastic coupling component
Adopting elastic column pin coupling, buffering and vibration reduction, compensating for a small amount of centering deviation, isolating vibration, and facilitating the disassembly and separation of pump and motor.

3. Transmission shaft and sealing assembly
The transmission shaft transmits torque, with optional packing seals/mechanical seals to prevent medium leakage and adapt to high viscosity slurry media.

4. Rotor and stator pair (core pump body)
The metal rotor performs planetary rotational motion inside the rubber stator, forming a continuous sealed cavity; The stator rubber material is optional, wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant, and is the core component for pumping viscous media.

5. Pump body, inlet and outlet flanges
The pump body is made of cast iron or stainless steel, and the inlet and outlet are connected by flanges; The layout of the inlet and outlet is flexible, making it easy for pipelines to connect.

6. Public base
The integrated cast iron base fixes the pump head and motor as a whole, ensuring coaxiality, reducing operational vibration, and facilitating the lifting and on-site installation of the entire machine.

Has good self-priming ability, does not require pumping, can suck in media containing small amounts of gas, and is not prone to gas blockage.

The medium is transported smoothly in the pump, with minimal shear damage to the material, making it suitable for materials that cannot be vigorously stirred.

5. Simple structure and easy maintenance
The number of components is small, and the stator and rotor are vulnerable parts, making them easy to disassemble and repair without the need for complex fixtures.

6. Rich material options
The overcurrent components can be made of cast iron or 304/316 stainless steel; The stator rubber can be selected from nitrile rubber and EPDM rubber, suitable for ordinary, weak acid and weak alkali media.
