Product Overview
The CL series straight stroke electro-hydraulic actuator is an integrated straight stroke electro-hydraulic actuator independently developed and manufactured by DINKONDA GLOBAL. It belongs to the regulated actuator matched with regulating valves, mainly matched with single seat valves, sleeve valves, gate valves and other linear displacement regulating valves. The product integrates hydraulic power unit, servo control module, straight stroke oil cylinder, valve position acquisition unit, and manual operating mechanism into one, converting electronic control signals into linear thrust output. It has the characteristics of high thrust, fast response, and high positioning accuracy, and is widely used for pressure, flow, liquid level adjustment, and switch control in thermal power, chemical, oil and gas process systems.

Structural Composition
1. Intelligent electronic control servo unit: Equipped with a built-in servo control board, valve position display window, and function buttons, it receives standard signals from the control system, collects valve positions in real time, completes closed-loop adjustment, has fault display and parameter local setting functions, and optional explosion-proof shell.

2. Hydraulic power assembly: integrates motor, hydraulic oil pump, energy storage component, and oil valve group to provide stable hydraulic power for the oil cylinder. The energy storage device can ensure the safe operation of the valve under power-off conditions.

3. Straight stroke hydraulic cylinder: converts hydraulic pressure into linear thrust, outputs linear displacement of the piston rod, and drives the up and down movement of the regulating valve core.

4. Manual operating mechanism: equipped with a black handwheel manual operating component. In case of power failure or hydraulic failure, the piston rod can be manually driven on site to achieve valve opening and closing, ensuring maintenance and emergency working conditions.

5. High precision valve position detection component: The displacement sensor real-time collects the piston rod stroke, outputs a 4-20mA standard valve position feedback signal, and uploads it to the DCS control system to form a closed-loop regulation.

6. Oil pressure monitoring accessories: integrated pressure gauge, real-time monitoring of system oil pressure, intuitive viewing of hydraulic system operation status; Equipped with hydraulic protection valves such as overflow valves and one-way valves.

7. Installation and connection base: The bottom flange installation structure can be directly matched with various types of straight stroke regulating valve covers for installation.

Complete protection and self diagnosis: equipped with oil pressure over limit, overload protection, stroke over limit, and motor overheating protection; Real time fault diagnosis, fault signals can be uploaded to the control system; Explosion proof type is suitable for use in chemical explosion-proof areas.
