Product Overview
The hand wheel fork type pneumatic actuator is a heavy-duty angular stroke pneumatic drive device, which adopts a fork transmission structure and is equipped with an independent manual operating mechanism. It uses clean and dry compressed air as the power source and outputs an angular stroke of 0-90 °. It is mainly equipped with large-diameter ball valves, butterfly valves, plug valves, flue gas dampers and other heavy-duty angular stroke valves. The product is divided into two types: double acting and single acting spring reset, with variable torque output characteristics. Structural Composition
1. Main cylinder assembly
High strength cast steel cylinder body, precision honing treatment on the inner wall, high pressure bearing and good wear resistance; The surface of the cylinder is coated with red anti-corrosion paint, and the cylinder is equipped with lifting ears for easy on-site lifting. The single acting model is equipped with a spring energy storage cylinder. When the gas source loses pressure, the energy storage spring drives the actuator to automatically reset, achieving a fault safe position (fault on/off).

2. Forklift transmission box
Thick cast steel box, with strong overall rigidity and impact resistance. The internal fork transmission component converts the linear motion of the piston into the rotational motion of the output shaft; The fork and pin shaft have undergone quenching and tempering heat treatment, which is fatigue resistant and can withstand high pressure differential impact loads. A valve position output square head is installed at the top of the box for valve position signal feedback.

3. Emergency manual operating mechanism
Independent large-diameter black handwheel mechanism, used as a backup drive in case of pneumatic failure. When the gas source is interrupted or the pneumatic components fail, the valve can be manually opened/closed with the handwheel to ensure device maintenance and emergency shutdown. The handwheel can be switched between clutch and clutch, and does not idle with the action during pneumatic operation.

4. Adjustable mechanical limit component
External limit adjustment bolts are installed on both sides of the box, which can be used to fine tune the fully open and fully closed positions within a range of 0~90 ° without disassembling the entire machine. The on-site debugging is convenient and prevents damage to the valve body and internal components of the actuator due to overtravel.

5. Output flange and accessory interface
The output flange complies with the ISO5211 international standard and can be directly connected to various angular stroke valves, with strong versatility. The box is reserved with standardized installation interfaces, which can be equipped with accessories such as solenoid valves, air filtration pressure reducing valves, valve positioners, valve position feedback devices, etc., to achieve switch control or continuous adjustment of DC4-20mA.
