Product Overview

This electric hard seal butterfly valve adopts a * * three eccentric multi-level metal hard seal * * structure, matched with precision U-shaped elastic sealing rings. It relies on an electric actuator to drive the butterfly plate to rotate 90 °, which can achieve dual functions of flow regulation and fluid cutoff of pipeline media. The maximum applicable medium temperature of the product can reach 425 ℃. The valve seat and butterfly plate sealing surface are made of cast steel and stainless steel materials, which have excellent corrosion resistance and support bidirectional sealing. The valve pressure test complies with the national standard GB/T13927-92. It is the preferred valve for self-control of high temperature and high pressure industrial pipelines, widely used in metallurgy, power, petrochemical, water supply and drainage, municipal construction and other industries.
