Product Overview

This electric explosion-proof straight stroke actuator is a straight stroke valve driving device, suitable for single seat regulating valves, sleeve regulating valves, globe valves and other linear displacement valves. The equipment can output linear thrust and is matched with a valve stem to achieve stroke adjustment and switch control of the valve; Integrated explosion-proof shell, external manual operation wheel, with complete valve position monitoring and protection functions, widely used in hazardous areas with explosive gas mixtures such as chemical, gas, oil and gas, coal mines, petrochemicals, etc. It can stably and reliably complete valve remote control and on-site manual operation in explosive hazardous environments.

Structural Composition

1. Explosion proof host box: High strength cast aluminum/ductile iron explosion-proof shell, blue anti-corrosion coating, internal integrated control unit, limit and torque monitoring components, explosion-proof structural design, meeting explosion-proof safety requirements.
