Product Overview
This domestically produced GEA plate heat exchanger replaces the sealing gasket as a key sealing spare part for detachable plate heat exchangers. The product is processed by high-precision mold pressing, fully replicating the original rubber gasket outline, corner hole size, buckle point position, and sealing section. It can be directly inserted into the groove of the GEA corresponding model heat exchange plate without changing the plate and the whole machine frame, achieving direct replacement of imported gaskets. Effectively isolating hot and cold heat exchange media, preventing media flow and equipment leakage, solving the pain points of long delivery cycles and high procurement costs for imported spare parts, widely used in heat exchange systems such as power, HVAC heating, chemical, metallurgical, and seawater treatment.

Structural Composition
1. Main sealing frame: The rubber sealing body is fully adhered to the sealing groove of the plate, achieving the sealing of the main interface between the plates.

2. Corner hole sealing ring: The upper and lower medium flow hole sealing structure blocks the medium from flowing through the corner hole position.

3. Positioning buckles and claws: evenly distribute positioning buckles around the gasket, which are clamped in the slot of the heat exchange plate to prevent the gasket from shifting, lifting, or falling off during the assembly process.

4. Bypass sealing section: Special sealing rib structure around the corner hole to prevent bypass flow of the medium and ensure that the medium passes through the plate heat exchange channel completely.

2. Multiple materials to choose from, suitable for complex working conditions
EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer) rubber: suitable for heating hot water and central air conditioning circulating water, suitable for temperatures ranging from -25 ℃ to 150 ℃;
NBR nitrile rubber: suitable for mineral oil, lubricating oil, and oil cooling conditions, with excellent oil resistance performance;
FKM fluororubber: suitable for harsh working conditions such as high temperature, acid alkali, and organic solvents with strong corrosion.

3. Stable physical and chemical properties of rubber: high-quality rubber raw materials are selected, with excellent compression resilience. It is not easy to have permanent deformation under long-term pressure, anti-aging, and resistant to medium erosion, extending the service life of gaskets, and reducing on-site leakage failures.
