Product Overview
The GN-DTIIN1 backstop is a non-contact wedge block backstop with a base, specially adapted for the DTII series belt conveyor. It is used to prevent belt reversal and material slip accidents caused by the self weight of materials when the conveyor is stopped, ensuring the safe operation of the conveyor system. When the equipment is running forward, the internal wedge blocks are out of contact with almost no wear and tear; Once a reversal trend occurs, the wedge block quickly engages and locks, achieving reliable reverse stop, and is widely used in large angle belt conveyor systems such as mines, coal, building materials, ports, etc.

Structural Composition
1. Cast iron base shell: The overall casting light green shell comes with an installation base, which has bolt installation holes and can be directly fixed to the equipment rack to withstand all reverse torque.

2. Inner ring shaft sleeve: with a keyway installation hole in the center, directly assembled on the conveyor drum shaft or reducer output shaft, rotating synchronously with the transmission shaft.

3. Wedge block reverse component: the core reverse component, when the equipment rotates in the forward direction, the wedge block is lifted by centrifugal force and detached from the outer ring, with minimal wear; When a reversal occurs, the wedge block tightens the inner and outer rings, completing the braking lock.

4. End cap and fastening bolts: The front end cap is fixed by tightening with bolts to seal the cavity, prevent dust and particles from entering the cavity, and protect the internal wedge components.

Using grease lubrication and regularly replenishing grease is sufficient, with a low failure rate.
