Product Overview
Universal hinge type metal bellows compensator, also known as universal hinge expansion joint. This compensator relies on a hinge hinge mechanism to absorb angular deflection displacement in any plane of the pipeline. A single product can absorb two-dimensional angular displacement, while a combination of two can absorb lateral displacement of the pipeline. It is widely used in power plant flue gas and air pipelines, thermal and chemical high-temperature pipelines to compensate for angular deformation caused by pipeline thermal expansion. The hinge structure bears the pressure thrust of the medium and reduces the load on fixed supports. This is a welded large-diameter universal joint compensator with a specification of DN1000 and a nominal pressure of 0.6MPa.

Structural Composition
1. Stainless steel corrugated pipe: elastic core component, made of 304/316L stainless steel, multi wave forming, high temperature resistance, absorption of angular deformation, fatigue resistance, and corrosion resistance.

2. Joint hinge assembly: The hinge plate, pin shaft, and ear seat form a universal joint mechanism that can rotate in any plane angle, bear the blind plate thrust generated by the medium pressure, and limit the axial tension of the corrugated tube.

3. Upper and lower connecting tube body: connected to the pipeline by welding, made of Q235B carbon steel, and stainless steel material can be selected for special working conditions.

4.Limit protection box shell: an external protective frame that protects the corrugated tube from external impacts, while constraining the maximum deflection angle of the hinge to prevent damage to the corrugated tube due to overtravel.

5. Built in guide tube: equipped with a guide inner liner tube to protect the corrugated pipe and prevent high-speed smoke and dust media from directly flushing the ripples. Mark the flow direction of the medium.

1. Universal angular compensation: can absorb angular displacement in any plane, and a single unit can only compensate for angular displacement; Two units can be used together to achieve lateral displacement compensation of pipelines, but cannot absorb axial displacement separately.

2. The hinge bears pressure and thrust: The force of the medium pressure blind plate is entirely borne by the hinge pin shaft and hinge plate, greatly reducing the thrust borne by the pipeline fixed support and simplifying the design of the pipeline support.

3. Structural safety and reliability: The hinge pin shaft has undergone heat treatment, with high strength and shear resistance, making it suitable for large-diameter high-temperature smoke and air pipelines.

4. Suitable for high temperature and dusty conditions: Comes with a standard guide tube, suitable for boiler flue gas, hot air, and dust removal pipelines, effectively protecting corrugated pipes and extending their service life.

5. Wide range of customized specifications: diameter DN200-DN4000 can be customized, pressure rating 0.1-1.6MPa, temperature -40 ℃~550 ℃, pipe size and deflection angle can be customized according to project conditions.

6. Good vibration reduction performance, weakens pipeline vibration transmission, and buffers pipeline disturbances caused by equipment start stop.
